Run-down, old and pretty creepy.

This place is pretty awful. The only thing I can say I kinda like about it is that it’s pretty low-key, doesn’t seem to be a lot of traffic in & out or people lingering around.

The street to the storage is horrible but Fran is great.

There was a little hiccup in the computer but Fran was very personable. Fran helped me get everything figured out and even had some advice for me navigating around the area. The only thing about this particular location is that it is on a dead-end street surrounded by trucking yards and construction on the street entrance.

Nice size for the money.

Jack is really nice and explains everything to you.

Loretta is Awesome!

Loretta has great customer service skills, and she uses them to give a wonderful customer experience. She has a wonderful, friendly attitude and is very welcoming anytime I see her on site. The facilities are great for the price and the gated access works perfect.

Isaiah and Carmelo were informative, courteous and most helpful.

Although I needed a storage unit, Isaiah gave me a tour of the building because I am also considering renting office space in the future. On move in day, Carmelo was helpful and patient in assisting me with obtaining proof of renter's insurance.

Overall, quite pleased. Was allowed to change storage units when my 10x10 would not fit my shelving which was 9', 3" wide ( dimensions inside the unit were only 9', 2") without a hassle. Thanks!
