    bait and switch rip off!

    I used your service to rent a space at this facility. I paid a deposit for a drive up climate control unit. I stressed to the rep on the phone that I was driving from Brooklyn to sign the contract and he assured that the unit was available. So I drove there and SURPRISE! That particular unit was in fact "not" available but they could show me another unit, albeit not a drive up unit. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even after the bait and switch, and looked at the other unit. Climate controlled? Really? I could see light from outside coming through the corner of the wall. When I asked the manager about the huge water stain on the carpet he assured me that the unit did not leak. Yeah, I guess the water stain and moldy smell was just part of the deal... To top it all off the guy gave me a hard time about wanting my deposit back. You guys should not refer anyone to this joint. Bad business!
