    Dead rat found in unit on move in day

    Employee was nice and got the dead rat out of the unit. Upsetting that the unit was not cleaned prior to me moving in. Employee was nice and helped me clean. Location is easy to find. Nice staff.

    Only problem we had was the elevator door closed too fast. It hit someone that was helping me move and pushed her down.

    I liked the one month free promotion.

    Overall it was great. A little disappointed that the ground level unit wasn’t available as I signed up for but happy with the second floor next to the elevator.
