Terrible customer service

My unit was dirty when I went to move in. I reported it and came in Saturday morning where I was greeted by a rude assistant manager who refused to vacuum it for me. She said she would call a maintenance guy to come meet me and clean it. She send me out to wait outside for over an hour and the guy never showed up. She left the store for over an hour and a half and never came back nor answered the phones. She told me she would be back, that she had to drive somewhere and told me to wait for the guy, that she would call him again. She really did not care and was very old disconnected from my situation. I had to vacuum myself a little bit with my own personal vacuum to be able to put my furniture in the unit because it started raining. I already was not able to move on day one because the unit was dirty and I lost the guys that were going to help me and their availability. It has not been a good experience so far. Eric was nice, the guy who rented me the unit, very friendly and professional though. And he was kind. And I have left numerous messages and the “site manager” Dana has not even returned my call.

My first time using a storage facility and I had a great experience from start to end. Online booking, easy and quick to confirm and finalize. I was moving my stuff into my space just a couple hours after booking. The managers onsite were very helpful and professional. Overall a good experience!

Nice facility. Quick friendly service. Affordable prices. The isles outside are not maintained well. There is flooding and the snow isn't removed.

My move in experience was great! Customer service was respectful and helpful. I will be sure to write a review during move out also. So that my review is based on my over all experience and not just my move in experience. So far GREAT!

Excellent assistance by the two staff members on a Saturday.

The staff explained the process well and made sure we knew how to get to the unit. They made sure we knew there were carts available so we didn’t have to hand carry our items. We were in and out in an amazingly short time!
