Hard to open garage

I got half-price and not too far in advance - good. People were really nice. However, the garage door have to be opened and closed by hand and mine was too tough for me to handle. Since I leave and come outside of office hours, it meant I had to come a day early during office hours to get help with my garage door. People were really nice; 4 stars is because they don't have anybody to help outside of office hours. I wish they had maybe for recommending facility because my real answer would be "it depends on how strong the friend is."

I reserved in the morning and was in by afternoon.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Paperwork was in and out 15 mins or so but he also explained the rules regs as we went.

Great storage facility!!

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and on top of everything! They know the customers, they are very helpful, and they take care of everything very promptly. We moved in yesterday and the move in process was great. Looking forward to being a customer.

Outstanding customer service and response time

I entered a reservation for a unit online and within 10-15 minutes I received a call from a woman named Katy. She confirmed that I had 10x20 drive up with roll up door storage unit reserved and was very pleasant on the phone. I was very impressed with the service I received !

Wonderful service but not understand why on Sat 7/28 the sign said 'Closed until 1PM.' At 1 PM we came back and the sign said 'Closed until 2 PM.'
