  Bad Experience

  I was charged an unfair late fee even though Dollar Storage's online payment system had changed and could not be accessed by me as before so I could make timely payment. I paid the late fee under protest. I then decided to remove my RV from the Apache Junction facility, and discovered it had been broken into while under Dollar Storage's care. Someone gained access to my RV with a big heavy brick. The manager gave me an "Oh well" attitude and suggested that broken glass in my RV may have come from another RV on their site also broken into. I consider Dollar Storage pricing to be grossly unfair given the lack of security, the glitches the their online payment system, and bad attitude.

  The process of renting was so very pleasant. The sweet couple were very attentive and helpful with the information needed. They loaned me a key until I could get moved in. The unit was very clean.
