  Thumbs up! Easy website, and there were no surprises with my reservation when I got to the storage facility. I've never heard of SpareFoot , much less have used them before. This is a true-blue company.

  In my neighborhood

  Looking for storage and had no idea that Access Storage was 10 minutes from my house. The attendant was very helpful and made sure I understood the process and how they do things at Access. My code began working right away and I was able to move in on the date I had chosen.. So far I have no problems or complaints.

  I couldn't think of a better place to rent from. The couple that run this place are on point and live to help you out and they have a really awesome history to tell us if you have the time. Go here and get it done!

  Miscommunication

  When I first arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation (despite having a conformation number) and that there may not be a unit available for me. I reserved a climate-controlled unit and the first unit I received was not climate-controlled. Overall the person working in the office was friendly, it was just a longer process than anticipated.

  I love the couple they were there they were so sweet they actually made my day being a couple that has been together as long as they hand is priceless they were very friendly and came and currents I just love them together
