We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up to the office to check us in. We told the property employee earlier that day, we would be there between 3:30 and 4pm. That is the only issue we had fortunately.

There were some bent structures in the unit and I don’t want to be accused of this damage.

Inexpensive, and great service

This place is hidden off of 67th and Federal, and you wouldn't know it was there just to look. It has seen some years and wear, but has the best pricing in the area, and great service.

It works for what I needed

Overall pretty decent ...ceilings are a little lower than I was hoping for at almost 8 ft tall but other than that easy access and the lady who works there was good!

Storage that won’t break the bank

Check in was friendly and easy. If you get a unit between isles, it’s a little cumbersome, but it’s a well kept facility and they continue to make improvements.

Good price, but in a rough area

Good, clean facility with amazing staff. Only concern is that it is a rougher area. However, they seem to have good security.

Price can't be beat

I rented a 10' x 10' until and got a smoking deal! Cheapest storage that was near me. The system they use for reservations was experiencing issues, so my reservation was not saved, however The manager was extremely helpful and empathic to there situation and was able to get me into a unit like it never happened. He had a wonderful positive attitude about the whole situation. Great job!
