    Price changed from the online representative quote & the location charge.

    As stated the price change was enough to know that Cube smart was not the best storage place. However, I was in emergency situation and needed the storage desperately. Also,The young lady working the desk @ the Merrick blvd location Was rude & disrespectful and very unprofessional.she stated that the online representatives don't know what the prices are @ the locations. which I thought thats not good for Cube smart business. how is it the onlinerepresentative suggested this location based on my zip code & not know the prices of the location she's referring a customer to.

    Staff very professional.

    Id have recommended my brother inlaw to cube smart and he rented a unit ,staff is very professional and no nonsense ,i highly appreciated there help in picking the right unit for what i needed to fulfill my purpose thanks to the staff and would recommend anyone to rent at merrick boulevard thanks.
