    The customer service was exceptional!

    The woman who initially met me, then took me out to see the unit the man working behind the counter really went out of their way to find the solution that worked for me. I was very impressed. If I had a company, I'd hire them both on a second! Also liked that they have everything there to take care of your needs - locks & insurance are what I needed, but I noticed they had other things available also.

    Seems fine

    Renting a parking spot for small camper trailer. Seems clean and as secure as any other storage facility I've used before. Live security camera footage plays in a loop o. TV in lobby, and a couple times it says camera disconnected... that worries me a bit and of all the different camera angles I never saw good visual of my trailer's spot.

    False advertised

    Made review online and less than a minute called facility in Storage Court of Monroe 16825 Tye Street Southeast Monroe, WA 98272 (360) 863-8552 No truck available with unit rental as advertised on Sparefoot.com and hours of operation incorrect. Was told by Lisa to read the very very fine print.     Very nice place
