    Wonderful Experience

    The staff at this facility are kind and efficient. We are greeted with a smile and a wave from the Manager and her assistant, Piper, every time we go there. The units are new and clean, clearly marked and easy to find. The Manager showed us to our unit when we signed the lease. I will 100% be recommending this location to friends.

    Clean, easy access, great customer service

    Clean facility. Larry was prompt in returning my calls. He answered all my questions. I like the easy access off the road. The units are new and clean. I really liked the on-line registration. Very simple to navigate.

    Used for boat storage

    Experience was very good, we stored our boat there for a couple years with no issues. Facilities were always maintained and working. Cancelling our contract was painless and easy

    Probably better off with another facility

    While the workers are nice, the company seems unprofessional. There are three separate locations of storage units, which I visited all of them before I could find my unit. Waste of my time. Finding the unit itself was a task as the unit was not labeled correctly, I really just got lucky finding it after several laps around the buildings. Also the unit was smaller than I was promised, I paid for a 5’x10’ unit. I received a 5’x8’ unit. Won’t be using this company again, only reason I’m still using it is because I was in a pinch.

    Hailey answered every question, had me all set up in a matter of minutes, gave me my code. She also shoes me the spot for my rv and identified where the security cameras were for my peace of mind regarding safety of my rv She is an excellent communicator and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Would recommend to everyone
