    Nice clean well kept facility. Very helpful property manager, Edna.

    Upon arrival I was met by the property manager, Edna. Edna explained all the details to me in a very friendly and easy to understand manner. Edna then walked with me and showed me around. She made suggestions as to what may be better for my needs. Edna was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Paperwork was a breeze. I am all set to go. Thank you Edna!!

    Excellent Rental Experience

    Meredith was very friendly and showed me a couple of different units to insure I was getting the best option for me. The buildings and units were like new, very clean! Property well maintained. Rental Process was very quick & easy!

    Best storage facility in Leland!

    Just an awesome experience with friendly customer service from Edna and Frank! Units are clean and ready for you to move your belongings in a safe place! I highly recommend for Military veterans. They honor a 10% discount!

    oil stain.

    previous renter spill oil. It was not wet but it was very noticeable I think it could have been clean better I put something over it because I do not want to walk on it or put anything on it

    Clean facility. Bill was very nice.

    Bill and co-worker very helpful. Bill called me to confirm my reservation and worked with me on my move in date since I was not sure when that would be. He offered 2 lockers to choose from before I finalized my locker. Facility was clean and easy to get to.

    I have used this facility for years. The staff is always helpful, polite and available. Frank is especially responsive and courteous.
