I think they be the only helpful and honest people in the self storage industry. So far, I've been there for about 6 months, they have been above board and haven't changed the deal. Always friendly and they even have port-a-potties and trash cans!! You never see that at a storage facility. Thank you! Very refreshing.

The price is right!

The Price is Right for this storage facility. My only complaint is that when I reserved my storage space they did not know that the office hours had changed. So I went to this facility and wasted time going there the first day. The second day everything worked out perfect.

Who ever said customer service is Dead

This storage unit-besides being the best deal in time-rental has been one of the best, if not best transaction I have ever gone through since moving here in August 2021. Who ever said customer service is Dead obviously have not ever had the pleasure of working with the staff at Aardvark. After my experience here,I wouldn't trust my things to be stored anywhere else but with these guys.

This was a nice storage facility. If you get a unit on the 3rd floor it gets very hot up there so move quick when you are there

Everything was great besides one thing that really screwed up my whole moving plan. I reserved my storage space online which was easy, no more than 2 minutes later I received a call from their front desk confirming my reservation. I informed the man that I would be coming down there the following afternoon but wasn't sure about the exact time I'd be down there. He told me that it shouldn't be an issue and that they were open until 8pm. So, I told him that time would work for me and that I'd see him tomorrow afternoon at some point. Come to find out looking online at 5:30pm that following day, their office closes at 6pm not 8pm and in order to get into my space I would have had to be there before 5:30pm. That was never mentioned to me over the phone. He just said that they close at 8pm. So, I had to miss work to go there the next morning at 9am and I also had to pay U-Haul a fee for using the truck for another day. I personally feel that since the office closes at a different time than the yard, it needs to be made very clear to new customers that they need to be there well before 6pm to check in and fil out the paperwork. If I had been made aware of that simple fact, I would have had no problem getting there before 6 to get set up. Maybe it was an honest mistake or they assumed I knew their office hours already for some reason but either way, if you say you close at 8pm, you then have to mention the office closes at 6pm. Otherwise, situations happen like this and it cost me time and money. Other than all that, the guy there was nice, the building was clean, the freight elevator was a life saver, carrying everything up and down the stairs would have taken at least twice as long, they provided dolly carts to use for free which was great also. So overall, it's a great storage facility with a great location and price and I would still recommend it to my friends but they need to work on their communication skills.
