It turns out that I had a reservation for a parking space not a storage space. Stapleton still gave me the internet rate on the storage I was looking for and followed up with me and we straightened everything out. No attitude, irritation or back lash. Just professionalism, politeness and kindness. So even with my mistake things are look very good.

Unintended price rise.

When i arrived I wasn't in their system and had to take the higher price charge. It went up more than an hundred dollars.

Good customer service very helpful and understanding

Does young lady that I worked with she was very nice very respectful very understanding she got straight to the point she told me all of the rules on the regulations of having the storage I liked it because I also had a light in there for at night time when you can't see and actually like an outlet to where I could plug in my phone if it were to die. I also like the fact that it's drive up access and that it's open till 9:00 the pricing was a little expensive compared to the other units that I have had but they're very clean. If I were to recommend any storage I would recommend this one.

I called needing a storage unit quickly, called olen held it for an hour while I got my check from work. Thanks I appreciated all she did.

Bargain storage units

I had a excellent experience with moving in to Stapleton Storage. They had the most reasonable price in the area. Justine in the office was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Stapleton Storage to anyone looking around that area.

The storage units are set back off the main road, so that's nice. They're very well priced. Best value for your money that I've found. The staff were all very nice. I'd definitely recommend Stapleton Storage to anyone.

Dirt, bugs, and mice.

This place is incredibly cheap. Not necessarily in a good way. The lot is full of cracks and pot holes. Although they sweep the lot it doesn't make much of a difference with all the cracks and potholes. There are bugs and mice all over the place. The gates don't work half the time. What to see something funny. Go into the office and look at the big TV behind the desk. Most of the cameras don't work. There are homeless people living all over this place.

The employee was very helpful and kind. The whole process was very straightforward. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a storage facility.

Everything has been really good so far! No complaints.

renting a parking spot.

the spots are not assigned, its just what ever space is available, also no lines so you just guess where to park. can be annoying when other tenants park incorrectly and take two spots.

Just what I needed!

The over the phone and in person made storeing everthing I owned quick and easy. I know everything is safe, and getting there is a straight shot down the road. AND THE PRICE IS SO RIGHT!!!!

The people make this place great. Helpful setting things up and offered tips that saved a bit of money.

Problems with gate code

First I'd like to say that the other "reviews" received $20 off their march storage rent for their positive reviews. This is what an unpaid review looks like. What happens if your gate code doesn't work? Am I paying to own a bunch of stuff that sits in a locked closet behind a fence that I cannot cross? The office is only open 9-5 weekdays so there's never anyone there to help me.

Clean, safe and friendly!

This place has some of the best prices (I did a lot of research!) and were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely reccomend them!

Friendly service, meticulously clean and there's flower pots outside in the summer, excellent security!

Clean facility and friendly people

It took no time at all to fill out the paperwork. The person at the desk was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. We have rented units at other places before and have always had problems with trash or pests. This facility is very clean.
