  Every time I have called or went in the employees have been very friendly and nice. I have been at this facility for several years and never have had any issues. My only complaint would be the entrance gate is not very convenient getting in and out.

  Nice and convenient location but 1 problem

  This site has a great staff and being near the 405 and 91 Freeways very close to most. The only issue is the layout. Many of the 10x10 units are accessed through the Westside of complex. To get there one needs to drive a narrow lane with no passing area. 80% of the time the lane is blocked by another renter so youre forced to back up through a blind curve or wait.

  Monthly rental cost is greater than value of stuff stored.

  This is a conundrum -- required by law to keep business records, but record storage is extremely expensive here in the City. Storage is $355/month and outlying areas are as low as $79/mo but access is inconvenient vs Mini Storage here. We are investigating putting up a storage building on one of our properties so we can get the stuff out of this Mini Storage. We have had a general contractor look at our site.

  I asked for the scissors hasp that you can use two locks and hard to put bolt cutters on lock. the mgr was very helpful and installed the hasp himself, the maintenance man had not shown up for two days,

  I hold positive regard for this compay/location and its staff.

  Very friendly/helpful staff. Access hours were fine. I believed my property was safe and secure. Fairly convenient location- ability to enter from two sides was a little helpful- though being able to exit from both would also have been helpful. Steep incline of one of the driveways created a scraping of one of the movers' trucks. My most frequent concern/disappointment came from the narrowness of the access driveway to my unit. The sharpness of the entrance angle and narrowness of the driveway made it difficult for the truck drivers of two moving companies to get their vehicles into position. Further, that the driveway way one lane and one way required occasional coordination with storage unit owners, who also wanted their vehicles to use the same driveways when I was using them.

  Fast, Convenient, Affordable, Lighting Sucks!

  PROS: The customer service here is awesome. Getting in and out of the facility and the individual storage units is waaaaaaaaaay easier than most storage places out there. The hours of storage access is longer than most storage places out there. CONS: I understand not wanting to give each unit lighting, but maybe there should be some kind of wire mesh opening at the top to allow the hall lighting to get inside the unit a little. Some of the bigger units only get lighting from the door opening which is terribly inconvenient. They don't accept all forms of payment (they don't accept Discover Cards... messes up my points) LoL

  Finding the location through your site was relatively easy and helpful.

  I realize that the market and demands in CA have raised the prices for storage, just as it has for housing and rental units, but I don't feel the prices for storage units should be this much. People obviously need storage, but nothing has been what I would consider reasonably priced. It's difficult enough having to pay the high cost of renting a place to live that isn't large enough to hold your belongings, but paying additional high rates for storage just adds to the frustration. Thank you for your time.

  The storage facility has lower price than it competitor, but lacks the modern construction

  The storage facility is relativity clean and the monthly price is cheaper than its competitors. But it lacks many of modern amenities of steel walls, steel roll-up doors, motion lights that turn on and off. Also, I had to install 100 square feet of plywood on right side of wall to have a double wall. Moreover, the section of building where my storage is located, about 10 florescent light tubes are burnt out and the manager will not replace them, which I find to be unfair way to make a small profit by not have to pay for replacing light tubes and saving on electricity.

  initially went in with a 5 by 9 unit and needed a larger space and was accommodated immediately. Had the pricing quoted out and moved to a larger unit couple spaces down. only downside is it's not 24 hour access but location is great neighborhood is awesome the staff so nice.

  Made several s reservations and they all got screwed up! I cancelled 2 but kept getting reminders for them. The one I kept disappeared! I called the storage facility to comfirm and they couldn't find my reservations. She made another one but for a smaller unit!

  Great location convenient access

  Easy application/registration.....space clean and easy to find. On site manager was friendly and helpful. After moving in, I noticed that the divider wall between spaces is easily penetrable wood....not alot of confidence in securing my valuables when all my neighbor needs to gain access to my unit is a phillips head screw driver and only 1 or 2 minutes to remove the partition.
