Easy rental process and clean, secure facilities

I rented a unit here in April 2022. Reserving was easy and the unit was ready on time. I had no issues during the move in process, and the unit was clean and spacious.

Eployees were very accomodating. An elevator was/is out of service and without me making a fuss and simple request they moved my unit and made adjustments in my favor.

Priced right, and efficient move-in process

This process could not have been easier. Booking online was simple, and price is very competitive. Service was excellent during move-in and probably took less than 10 minutes overall to process the move-in. Access is simple and easy and facility couldn't be any cleaner.

Everyone at CubeSmart are such friendly and professional individuals! They made the whole process easy and painless! The facility is clean and new. The move in process was so quick, using the complementary carts, spacious elevevators and easy access units. I would highly recommend the Dallas Maple location to anyone who may have storage needs!

Michael with Cubesmart was passionate about the tenants and made the leasing process seamless and fast. I am confident that my things stored in the facility are safe and that at any time of day, the facility will remain clean. I would definetly recommend this storage facility to a friend!! She was prepared and gracious, super friendly and efficient. I felt secure and taken care of immediately. The space is quite a bit more costly per month than a comparable unit at Public Storage, but I think it is more secure from external and internal violation and theft.
