Easy access, did not like the idea that the top is open to the roof.

Wish the top was covered. Afraid that my items will be dusty from the open top.

Great Price, Questionable Facility and Location

The prices offered by this place are great and the customer service is good. However, the facility is located in a very, very bad part of town. I would not feel safe approaching on foot. Furthermore, the unit I rented was not very clean and, worse yet, had a very uneven floor that made efficient storage difficult. Nonetheless, the price was good enough that I do not regret renting here.

Affordable Storage Unit near Downtown

Quick moving storage space. The complex was difficult to originally enter due to a gate that I did not yet have a code for, but once signing my lease the process was super easy!

great company, unideal facility location

The facility was easy to get around and my storage unit was clean. Also, the people working there were super helpful and friendly. Once on the facility I felt it was really safe and that my stuff would be well-kept. However there were a few safety concerns regarding the surrounding area... It shouldn't be a big deal and it's no fault of the company but that did affect my rating.
