    Exceptional customer service

    Renting the storage space at Westboro Self Storage was totally stress free. Bill, who was on duty Saturday, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to speak with. He showed me several different units, and we finally agreed on the one that was best for me. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the information I was given to make the decision for my needs. I would certainly recommend any of my friends who need outside storage to go to Westboro Self Storage. Thank you Bill for your kind assistance and for the extraordinary amount of time you gave me to complete this rental.

    Bill was very helpful, would recommend.

    Customer service was top notch with Bill explaining all of the ins and outs. Did a great job of showing the units that I was deciding between while maintains proper social distancing. Very friendly and would recommend to anyone needing storage in my area.

    I moved from a house in Los Angeles to an apartment in Framingham,MA which is too small for my house hold.
