    Great experience!

    I reserved a 10’X15’ unit by phone. The guy I talked to on the phone was very courteous and professional. He send the reservation to the site. After I got to the site, I tried to get ahold of someone with a phone number on a sign on the wall of the office area. Literally seconds after I called, I got a call back and we finished the transaction.

    Safe Easy move in, all handled online

    Storeroom was clean, move in was Easey peasey. Entry and exit is wide and automated, plenty of room to maneuver my truck and trailer.

    What’s not to LOVE about Trust Storage

    For real why wouldn’t anybody love this place ?, Secure Storage at its Finest. Staff is Amazing and fun to talk with. I Like Trust Storage So Much that I even Rented from the same location in Boise to store my stuff and I live in Nampa easy 30 min drive.

    Quick easy service, nice unit

    Got signed up and in in minutes. Paid over the phone and the associate sherry was very available and helpful. Clean unit nice new complex. Nothing bad to say or anything i would change

    It's ok

    The unit is clean, location is east to get to, but holy cow ideas directed to 3 different units before I found one actually available. Either your front desk person is a dunce or your computer system is terrible.
