just got a unit. very helpful staff.

I really appreciate who helped me. very clear and answered any questions thoroughly. i was initially concerned about it being a location controlled remotely. after seeing their setup and the people overseeing i am no longer worried. chose this even though it was out of my way because of the special and AAA deal with sparefoot however i was not able to get that price. i wouldn’t hold the storage responsible for the confusion but sparefoot.

I’m downsizing and moving into a much smaller place. Process was fairly easy no hassle it was great considering the process of moving is not usually an easy feat.

Made some mistakes with promotions, fixed promptly

When I reserved my unit on sparefoot it said there was a promotion running that would give me my second month free, and when that came around, I was told I needed to pay and no promotion was ever running. When I showed them my screenshots of the reservation with promotion, and left a negative review, on here, they got back to me within a day or two and gave me the month for free even tho it was an error and the promotion was only supposed to be for 50% off the second month. I would edit or delete my previous review but I can't figure out how to do that. But they did fix everything. And other than the really narrow doorways at this storage facility, and the confusing office Location (there is no office at this address, [facility behind Chevron] their office is about 15 blocks south, at a different storage facility owned by the same guy) it's a great place to store everything you don't need but don't want to throw out! The manager (Kevin? I'm not sure if that is his name) is very nice as well.

Front desk is South at North Creek Storage on 208th, funny staff, easy paperwork, no fees, free lock, with discount very cheap, inside units above first floor cost less, individually assigned codes for gate and building, security cameras, dollies and handcarts available, freight elevator, area for a moving truck to turn around, clean, Building access hours 7am-10pm, office open m-f 9-6pm and Sat 9-4pm,

Nice place, nice people

It's a good facility, so far, I recommend it. I've only been there 2 weeks. It appears very secure and clean, easily accessible units, good area.The price, with the discount, is great. Without it...not so much but within the market.

Very friendly service, cleanliness & location of office could be improved.

I enjoyed checking in, signing paperwork, and getting the lock/unit assignment at the main office. We originally showed up at the storage facility to find out that we needed to go to a different location for the main office, which we found out only by calling the facility number (no sign at the facility). We were given a great location for our unit but after moving several things in, my husband noticed moth cacoons hanging from one side of unit. We have to wait till monday to report it and see if they can clean or relocate us. :( Couldn't move anything else till we get it taken care of.

Easy access, clean, available carts for easy moving ....

Easy and spotlessly clean. Could not hope for an easier experience. Elevator for 2nd floor really helped. Do not forget to get the lock from the office. You cannot use your own lock.
