Additional information

Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance. Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed. All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

    Helpful, friendly, convenient!!

    The size unit I initially requested was too small, Red Dot customer service helped resolve my issue by offering a larger unit and took care of everything over the phone.     The corporation treats people poorly.

    They bought out a facility in North Aurora. Barely giving people two weeks notice to get out! They call that a "Courtesy" and expect people to move out with very little notice in the winter. They plan to go thru evictions. They claimed they do not have phone numbers. I have not even gotten a notice yet, just hear through the grapevine, then I called to confirm. They obviously do not honor the prior leases. Terrible company that does not know how to treat people.

    the reservation was all messed up but Alex from customer service was very helpful she made things right ,but the property has alot of pot holes all over causing a lot of standing water will freeze in the winter unsafe. you can find the same size unit for about $10 cheaper they do not price match they do not give discounts for multiple units and did not honor sparefoot add which I used to book my units

    Had some troubles getting checked in, as the system wasnt working. but the nice lady on the screen helped me thru it. althoug the code didnt work for quite some time, to allow access.
