We are conveniently located off Hwy 7 and Louisiana Ave South across from Sam's Club in St. Louis Park. We offer a clean and courteous self-storage facility for your personal or business needs, outside storage as well as U-Haul Truck Rental. Our exceptional customer service is what makes us confident that we stand out from the rest and our state of the art security provides a safe and convenient self-storage solution for your valued possessions. -24/7 access is a monthly charge of 38.00 per month. -Electricity is an additional charge -All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase -Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title 37 admin fee every rental -Outdoor parking there is an additional 32 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable We carry a complete line of packing supplies like various sized boxes, locks, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, packing paper, shrink wrap, packing tape, twine, box cutters and everything else you may need to successfully prepare your items for safe storage.     Great Value EXCEPTIONAL Service

    I have rented storage numerous before and it's never been as flawless as this. Showed up 10 minutes before my movers pulled in. I was still getting the paperwork and things done when they arrived. Tamell was accommodating for me and gave me the unit number so the movers could get started unloading. He was very pleasant and friendly and made the experience easy on such a stressful day. The storage facility was clean and well kept. Couldn't have asked for such a seamless and positive experience. Thank You Tamell!!!

    The price is right

    The price is right, keep in mind your giving up some luxuries(lighting, accessibility, air conditioning) but the place is clean, cheap and it is what it is- what you see is what you get.

    storage is solid safety door locked

    I feel uncomfortable cuz of all Uhaul trucks ,boats etc block where we couldn't park to delivery our things!!!!!!!!!!!! Dennis Kaufman

    Extraordinary!!

    Timmell made the process super easy in a situation that was unfavorable! He was helpful, kind and even added a little fun into the experience! I would use this facility again and recommend it to anyone in need of storage or moving accommodations!! **he even gives free hugs :p**

    Did not have problem moving in there as fast as possible. It is so clean, friendly and orderly area. They were so patient helping to work it out issued with me so it is worthy a key of communicating.

    The manager, Darla, was great.

    The check-in process was smooth. I like that Darla specifically put us on a wide row to accommodate our frequent access. The location is easy to find, just off highway 7, on Louisiana Avenue.

    Gave me a good deal

    My storage unit was decent, had a tear in the plastic holding the insulation up, but other wise the unit and facility were fine and secure. They gave me a good deal on a whole year of storage use.

    Sparefoot made it SO easy!
