    Friendly and helpful staff.

    I made my reservation online and visited the facility 2 days later, the staff were very helpful and allowed me to reserve their truck for the following Saturday. They gave me a quick tour and showed me where my unit was located. It was a good experience.

    Great looking facility and good customer service.

    I appreciated the neat and clean appearance of the facilities. The people were friendly and helpful. The price was the best in the area, and the opportunity to borrow their truck saved even more money. My one minor criticism is that the various discounts and offsetting fees were slightly confusing. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

    Great customer service. Decent facility. Would recommend.

    Was able to move in right away. People at the desk were nice and extremely helpful. Storage is nothing wonderful but doesn’t have to be, it’s storage. Grounds were clean, office was clean. Can’t beat the price. Would recommend.

    Perfect customer service.

    The young lady and gentleman that helped me were perfect. I hate to say this but the sense of urgency as soon as I walked in was top notch. Most service people tend to not care anymore. These guys stopped what they were doing immediately to greet me and answer any questions. Thank you for that. They told me their names but I forgot, my apologies. They both were great. The process was quick and painless.
