    Customer service friendly

    I have been renting from this facility in the past. The customer service is very good. The entrance and exit hours are convenient for me because of my job schedule. Is closer to home. Overall, I love it.

    The manager was very helpful. Prices are best I could find.

    I spent several hours comparing prices and MiniU had the absolute best prices in my area. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The truck has a $29 usage fee that they waive for the first use but it also has an additional $19 insurance fee that must be paid each time the truck is used.

    Cost-effective storage units for Maryland and DC residents.

    Customer service staff were friendly and efficient. Storage units were clean and efficiently laid out. Navigating the site was a bit confusing at first and other customers trucks had blocked a number of the aisles requiring us to back out after we had unloaded. On balance it was a more than adequate storage solution for our household goods to be stored temporarily.
