Need extra space while updating home

Grounds and units are clean, secure, and well-maintained. Convenient location, not on a high-traffic street. Staff was helpful.

Watch out for sudden increases in your bill!

I've rented here for a little over 2 years now, on auto-pay so my payment is always on time. I got a notice of a 37% increase in my monthly bill last month. I sent an email and got no response back, so I went into the office. The lady in the office said she sent my email off to corporate to be reconsidered and she'd call me once she heard back, and she said within probably 24 hours. I've not heard back from anyone yet and just got the invoice today for next month and it still has this outrageous increase showing on it. It would've been nice to have the call back I was told I'd receive, and even considered for a reduction of the increase to something more reasonable... I guess corporate greed just looks better to their corporate office than customer service for a loyal customer.

Fabulous place

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The grounds are immaculate as well as the storage units themselves.

Easy move-in

Incredibly friendly staff and very accommodating. There were closer storage units to where we live and decided this facility was worth the 15mi drive vs a complex just down the street from us. Clean and well organized.
