    Friendly staff, helpful customer service, it was a good choice for me

    I chose this facility because it was very close to me and I know someone who has used this facility before and didnt have any complaints. The couple who run it are patient because I didnt come when I said I was coming, twice. They were nice and helpful with the paperwork and explaining what they had to. My unit was clean when I moved in, I have no complaints. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use this storage again and I would recommend it.

    I have used another storage facility years before and I am pleased to say I think this one is better. Not only was the rep that checked me in very polite but he understood that I was in a hurry and accommodated my needs. I will definitely refer friends and family.

    Perfect

    Not only is the location easy to find, the staff is always attentive and available. They notified me of a possible leak in my unit before any damage occurred. They are quick, clean, efficient, and not expensive. They have security cameras everywhere and have inexpensive locks available for purchase.

    Freindly, Courteous and Efficent!

    Very helpful Staff, Extremely pleasant and answered questions with objectivity. Even gave 1 month free of discount to veterans. These good and professional folks impressed me with their service and there commitment in renting a climate controlled storage unit. There's not to many that rise above the bar of standards in the business world.
