The Staff were wonderful, both people I spoke to on-site were awesome in smoothing out the glitches from SPAREFOOT system syncing with theirs. Super well-mannered, kind, just really refreshing professional customer service from both employees that I spoke to. Highly recommend.

You are open when you say you will be open

I reserved space with two other storage facilities who told me I could move in on the date scheduled, which was a Sunday. I arrived at the first and found a note on the door that said they were closed, even though their website and permanent sign on the door provided Sunday hours. I reserved space online with a second facility (Sparefoot) on 49th south with the same result, saying they are closed on Sundays (but permanent hours on door provided Sunday hours). I then reserved with you and called and got a real person and was able to reserve a space and move in. I gave you an overall 5 stars for doing what you advertise and for salvaging my crappy day. Thanks!

Great facility and even better service

Went in to just check out the facility and the units. After talking a bit with the folks that run the place, I felt safe getting a unit to store my belongings. Having an ex-cop/fed made me feel a lot safer storing my stuff there as well.

Amazing

Carol is a hoot! It was snowing on the day that we got our unit, the first thing she asked us why was we were out in the weather! I could talk to her all day. Haven't moved anything in yet because of the weather but it seems like everything is well taken care of, Carol and her husband seem to really love their jobs!

Great Carol and her husband are so nice! They were helpful and efficient. Although they were busy when I went to set up the unit they were quick to help and show me around. It is a great value and an easy place to find.
