Mediocre facility - Rahway

Compared to other storage buildings the temperature is too low to be considered climate control. The rolling cart in my side of the unit is very noisy. The customer representative was a little rude, told me to move my pocket book so he can place his tablet on it instead of asking if I can kindly move it. Was knocking on the door after hours to get his attention for questions on what’s the best entrance close to my unit and looked at us and ignored us. The moving truck they had was broken and not usable. That’s false advertising, because that’s what attracted me to the storage company too. I found cheaper rates for my size but considering I had a move that was scheduled I signed the agreement.

Moving in was really easy and convenient for it’s only 5 mins away!

What can I say, Covid times but was glad they had some hand sanitizers near the elevator available for us. Thank you, was happy about that.
