Gateway storage

Good place for storage. I recommend gateway storage over any other storage facility in salt lake city.

Horrible rude

I went in to rent a storage unit and he basically the managed called me names I went during normal business hours I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY

Friendly and accommodating staff!

The man who helped us was incredible! He was flexible with moving our reservation and even our unit when we realized our items wouldn't fit. So friendly and helpful! Quick and easy move, just what we were looking for!

Efficient and secure

After calling in to the office, the security gate was opened and I was directed to the office where I was treated very professionally. Efficient process. Given access to the unit I requested online and it was in good condition.

The staff are friendly enough and efficient

My unit was pretty clean floors painted a bright color had a loft built in to be able to store things off the ground. I thought being in the area it was in, it would be dirty graffitid and littered. But it's none of the above I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Im really happy with my choice in renting here.

Great except for one issue.....

The facility location is great (easiest access from North Temple, turning N on 600 West then east up 200 North). The manager is professional and friendly. However, the unit I have is so old, it takes a very heavy person to put all their weight on the door to slide the metal lock mechanism into place in either direction. I can't open or close by myself. So, I rate this facility relatively low.

Summer storage

Very easy to reserve and good customer service on arrival. Small space perfect for our needs over the summer.

Horrible Recomendation

It was the worst experience and costly one I've ever had. Our unit was broken into. Everything was taken and it was from someone that was renting a unit on the complex. We were advised by the mgr on site of what type of lock to bring and we did. he gave us one of his cause the lock we bought didn't fit on their bent storage unit. they promise security cameras and on site mgr 24/7 our unit was across from the mgr room/office. yet we lost everything and they did nothing to replace any of our items. or offer to refund the cost of the unit .

Had issues with phone service as well as an issue where the management did not remove their lock from my unit on the agreed upon date, and i had to have my movers come back the next day to get my stuff in storage.

Facility met expectations

Staff was helpful since we had little time., Bathroom out of service was an inconvienience
