Rashida, the manager, was EXTREMELY helpful! I was so grateful for her assistance, it was above and beyond my expectations. She knows her facility very well and understood my needs too. I've rented many units over the years and even used a different Safeguard location, but this one is the one I will use here on out.

Outside of having only 4 moving trolleys the totally experience was nice and the A/C on each storage floor is a nice touch on a hot day

Safeguard Utica

Great warm friendly service, was clear in explaining terms and services. Arrived 30 min before closing, desk clerk allowed us to move in and do the paper work at no extra charge or fuss, even though we did go over the allotted closing time. Rented out a 5x5x5 and it was perfect for my needs, couple of boxes and a bookcase. I would recommend doing the reservation online, at first when I went in-person, the desk clerk gave me a price guide that was no way near what was offered online. Needless to say I paid less then half on what I thought the unit cost if I just would of went with the in-store price range. Also no need to bring your own lock the units require specific locks that you have to buy in house, it jacks-up the price but I kind of prefer that thing bringing in my own lock.
