    I really like the way the facility is kept.

    Overall I really like the facility and would recommend it to others, my only problem is that the storage fee goes up annually. I believe that customers that faithfully pay on time, should get a price break at times.

    Late fee payments

    I just wish I had the option to pay in sections. at least every week if it's late even if there's a late fee...So that I can still access my storage.but overall I like this storage in the mean time
