Outstanding facility and staff!

I had to move out abruptly and needed a company I could rely on. I was helped by Shamaya who was very friendly and helped me get situated quickly. She gave me a tour of the facility and after some quick paperwork I was moving into my storage locker. Absolutely spotless facility and accessible driveway for loading. Would absolutely do business again -- thanks!

Moving in

Ray was one of the BEST persons we have had dealing with storage personnel. Efficient, very clear in his explanations on the unit and paperwork. Going over every detail. Put our needs up front. Thank you Ray for a great job. Employees like him are hard to find these days.

Helpful

My experience was very Positive using self storage. Rey the manager over there helped me out a great deal. He helped me find the right storage unit, in terms of area,space and price. He was very patient which i needed @ the time because i had a time limit to move my things from the apt to the storage unit.

The facility is great. The person that help me Ray, was outstanding. I will use this facility whenever I need more space.

Nice space

The space is over-all really nice. The only problems are the single loading dock and no elevators. I waited for about 30 minutes before I could even start to move my stuff in, due to another truck unloading. It was only a problem because I was paying movers by the hour. The elevator issue worked out fine for my situation since I had movers, but I can see others having problems with moving heavy stuff up lots of stairs.

so far my experience has been very positive. the man who I filled my paperwork out with was kind, helpful and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to a friend.

Was good overall ... staff at the front desk wasn't super friendly/helpful, but did standard job.

The customer service rep was amazing. Really fast a s thorough. The facility feels a bit dated and the access to the unit was not great. The loading bay is really good and large. The unit overall was a great value for the square footage.

friendly, easy, safe

Overall a good experience. Very clean, Stephanie was very nice. There's only one loading dock so if someone is in there before you its a little inconvenient and you can't get right to the front. Also the extra stairs to each floor is a bummer but we did it and all's good.

Stephanie was terrific. I didn't like the steps to the unit or the hidden charges, but the facility was clean and well lit.

I when there looking for storage, thinking it wasn't going to be easy, but it was and a lot more easy then Ithought and the staff was also friendly and not looking to just make a buck. Thank you
