Very pleased with my storage space!

I am pleased with the space and reasonable rent. The process was smooth. Even smoother when I found out the person who helped me was from the same area as myself in rural Georgia. He made the process super easy for me.

I think it is a bit early to give a thorough review, after all I have only rented for less than month. But so far everything is looking good. The service manager is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Reasonable rates, mostly convenient

Too much initial paperwork for short-term rentals, otherwise, works for me!

Storage units are very spacious and clean

The gentleman that handled my paperwork for my storage was very professional and courteous and the units are very cleaned.

Simple, good value for non climate controlled

Overall, good value and good price for a basic facility, in a quiet and easily accessible location. Probably the cheapest in the area. Blacktop is a little rough to drive around on the property. Rental process was pretty easy and quick. Be aware they require renter's insurance- either check that your existing policy covers off site storage or you have to get their coverage. You can also buy a lock (which is required to rent) and other supplies on site during rental office hours. I just wish there were extended access hours at night. For any first time storage renters out there like me- you need a lock to rent and your own renters insurance or you have to sign up for theirs which is an additional fee. This is not a climate controlled facility so just keep that in mind when considering what items you are storing- electronics and other heat sensitive items may not be a good fit in the Georgia summer.

I'm satisfied with my experience at Avondale mini storage. The pricing was a bit misleading as her quote was higher than that confirmed with sparefoot and storage room dimensions and location was not well enough articulated. Also sparefoot said they had a truck when the did not

Great Place!

Moved from another storage place a mile away, that was twice the price, and more restrictive. So far so good here.
